Books: Cowboy's Heart will exchange books purchased by customer, if received damaged. Customer must return book to: Cowboy's Heart, 15109 Ponderosa Loop, La Pine, OR by lowest cost ground shipment. Cowboy's Heart will reimburse for return shipping. Shipping bill must be included in return along with damaged book.
Shirts: Cowboy's Heart will exchange shirts for sizes, if customer receives wrong size. Customer must return wrong size, in excellent and clean sellable condition for exchange to transpire.
Hats: All sales are final and no returns or exchanges are available. Sizes are one size fits all.
Above Products: All sales are final. No cash refunds on merchandise, and no cancellations after order is shipped.
